Wyman

Wyman is a named individual Rockstar introduces only in the Ultimate Edition item copy for the Classic Car Collection on Grand Theft Auto VI's official editions page, which frames the whole activity — tracking down abandoned classic and work-in-progress project cars and revitalizing them to their former glory — as a special commission from him, and calls him an eccentric collector and local fixer. The image attached to that item shows Wyman standing outside of a garage with a wrench in his right hand, which is the only look Rockstar has given him. He does not appear on Rockstar's People & Places character page, so there is no bio, no stated affiliation, no indication of where he operates and nothing about how or whether he intersects with Jason and Lucia's story.
