These clocks run to midnight in your own time zone, because that is the most precise thing anyone can honestly say right now. Rockstar has published the date and nothing about the hour: there is no announced unlock time, no stated time zone, and no detail on whether the release rolls out region by region or lands everywhere at once.

That matters more than it sounds. Publishers handle launch timing in very different ways, and a countdown that picks a specific global instant would be presenting a guess as a fact. When Rockstar publishes an unlock time, this page will say so — and the clocks will move to it.

One piece of timing is confirmed and worth planning around: pre-loading opens on 12 November 2026 for digital pre-orders, so the download does not have to start on release day.
