Watson Bay

Officially Confirmed

Bay

Watson Bay is named by Rockstar in the Ultimate Edition item copy for the ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy, which tells buyers they can conveniently store the vehicle at the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay — a garage the same sentence says features a weapon locker plus a secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced. That one sentence is the entire official record for the place. Rockstar has not said which of Leonida's six regions Watson Bay belongs to, has not described the surrounding area, and has published no map or screenshot placing it, so no region is recorded against this row.

Source

Rockstar's official editions page names Watson Bay in the ’67 Vapid Dominator Buggy item copy: 'A Mud Club monster offering impressive offroad handling for the backwoods of Mount Kalaga and beyond. Conveniently store it at the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay which features a weapon locker, plus a secure place to deposit stolen goods to be fenced.' The Mount Kalaga reference in that sentence describes where the buggy handles well, not where Watson Bay is, so no region is inferred from it.
