Boobie Ike is described on Rockstar's Leonida character page as a Vice City legend who converted his street-level success into a legitimate-facing portfolio: property holdings, an adult entertainment venue, and a music studio. Rockstar's own copy is blunt about how the money moves between them, framing the club and drug proceeds as effectively funding the studio side of the operation. His most personally invested venture, per the same bio, is a partnership with Dre'Quan Priest on the Only Raw Records label, which the page suggests still hasn't produced the hit both men are chasing. How his other businesses are run day to day is not detailed.
