Grand Theft Auto VI is set in the fictional state of Leonida, and Rockstar has confirmed six named regions inside it so far — not through a map, but through the character bios and screenshots on its own only-in-leonida page. Each of the eight confirmed characters is tied to one of these places, and Rockstar's official media gallery has released a small batch of screenshots for each region. That is the entirety of what Rockstar has put its name to. No overview map, no neighborhood boundaries, and no population or size figures have been published for Leonida as a whole or for any region inside it. This guide sticks to what Rockstar has actually shown, region by region, and says plainly where the record runs out.

Vice City

Vice City is the region Rockstar's own marketing keeps returning to. The studio's People & Places page calls it "the darkest side of the sunniest place in America," and frames it as the backdrop for most of what Jason and Lucia go through. It's also where Rockstar places two of its music-and-nightlife characters: Boobie Ike, who owns a strip club and a recording studio in the city, and his business partner Dre'Quan Priest, who runs the Only Raw Records label out of the same scene. The screenshots Rockstar has released for Vice City lean hard into neon signage, club exteriors, and dense street-level activity — a working nightlife district more than a postcard skyline. What Rockstar has not done is publish a district map or name individual neighborhoods the way earlier Vice City games eventually got. Any "official" neighborhood list circulating online is fan cartography, not a Rockstar release.

Leonida Keys

The Leonida Keys are where the game's story begins. Rockstar's character page puts Jason Duval here, working for local drug runners before Lucia enters his life, and it's also home base for Brian Heder, whose boat-yard smuggling operation Jason gets pulled into. In return for a hand with local shakedowns, Brian lets Jason stay at one of his properties without charging him anything toward it, which is about as concrete a picture of daily life in the Keys as Rockstar has given. The screenshots for the region show the tropical island scenery you'd expect from a Florida Keys analogue — open water, small islands, boat traffic — but Rockstar hasn't named individual keys, towns, or landmarks within the chain. It's confirmed as one of the six regions and as the setting for Jason's introduction; everything below that level of detail is unconfirmed.

Grassrivers

Grassrivers is named on Rockstar's character page as the region tied to Dre'Quan Priest, though the studio hasn't written any descriptive copy explaining what his connection to the area actually is beyond the link itself. What carries the weight here is the screenshot set: airboats, alligators, mud-caked hunters, and dense wetland vegetation, with nothing urban in frame. That's the clearest signal Rockstar has given about the kind of terrain this region covers — an inland wetland area, distinct from both the coastal Keys and the city core of Vice City. No town names, no population, and no further story detail have been released for Grassrivers beyond its inclusion in that six-region list.

Port Gellhorn

Port Gellhorn is linked from Real Dimez's profile — the rap duo made up of Bae-Luxe and Roxy — though again, Rockstar hasn't published prose explaining the connection beyond the link itself. The region's screenshots show faded roadside motels lit by vintage neon at night, which reads as a once-popular vacation stop rather than a currently thriving resort town, but that reading comes from the imagery, not from any official caption. Beyond the name and those screenshots, Rockstar has not described Port Gellhorn's economy, size, or role in the story.

Ambrosia

Ambrosia is tied to Raul Bautista, the bank robber Rockstar describes as leading his own crew and recruiting talent for high-risk jobs. The region's screenshots are some of the most specific Rockstar has released for any location outside Vice City: an "Ambrosia County Sheriff's Office" road sign, and a motorcycle club with "Ambrosia" patches riding in formation past a gas station and campaign yard signs on what looks like a small-town main street. That combination points to a rural county with its own outlaw biker presence, but it's a reading of the visuals rather than an official written profile — Rockstar hasn't published Ambrosia's population, history, or economy in text form.

Mount Kalaga National Park

Mount Kalaga National Park is the one region whose name tells you the most on its own — it's the only one of the six explicitly called out as a national park rather than a city, town, or geographic feature. It's linked from Brian Heder's profile, labeled "Explore Mount Kalaga," and its screenshots show forested hills and ridgelines, a news helicopter banking over wooded terrain, and dirt bikers racing past what appears to be an abandoned industrial silo complex. That combination suggests rugged, only partly developed backcountry rather than a manicured, trail-map kind of park, but Rockstar hasn't published trail information, wildlife details, or any written description to go with the imagery.

What Rockstar Hasn't Shown

It's worth being direct about the gap between what's confirmed and what fans have pieced together elsewhere. Rockstar has named six regions and released a handful of screenshots for each, tied to the character roster on its own site. It has not released an official state or city map, has not named neighborhoods within Vice City, has not given size or population figures for Leonida or any region in it, and has not confirmed how many towns exist beyond the six named regions. Third-party sites have published their own maps built from screenshot geography, leaked footage, and speculation — those can be useful for spotting patterns, but they are not Rockstar releases, and this guide only reports what Rockstar itself has confirmed. Nothing looser gets into our page collecting the whole confirmed record either. If and when Rockstar publishes an official map, treat anything you've read elsewhere as provisional until it lines up with that release.
