Jason Duval

Protagonist · Brian Heder's smuggling operation in the Leonida Keys

Jason Duval is one of Grand Theft Auto VI's two playable leads. Rockstar's own character page frames him as someone who grew up surrounded by grifters and con artists, did a stint in the Army trying to outrun a rough adolescence, and ended up back in the Leonida Keys working for local drug runners because it was the trade he already knew. The same page presents him as restless rather than settled in that life, more interested in an easier future than in the hustle itself, a restlessness that sharpens considerably once Lucia Caminos enters the picture. Rockstar has not detailed his service record, his family, or how exactly he and Lucia first cross paths.
