Brian Heder

Supporting · Runs a boat-yard smuggling operation with his wife, Lori

Brian Heder is Rockstar's stand-in for the Keys' older generation of smugglers, described on the official character page as a veteran of what the studio calls the golden age of local smuggling, someone who keeps product flowing out of his own boat yard with help from his third wife, Lori, even as he leans on younger associates to take the physical risks these days. He also houses Jason Duval rent-free at one of his properties in exchange for help with local shakedowns, tying his business directly into Jason's daily life. Rockstar's bio does not specify what he smuggles beyond the general drug-running framing or how long the boat yard has been operating.
